Transparency

The Atlas for Politics, Processes, and Participation is a project of the nonprofit association Gestaltungszentrale Politik e.V. The association serves as the legal entity behind the project, is financially responsible for it, and manages all funds allocated to the Atlas. For this reason, all information regarding its structure, finances, and nonprofit status is published centrally there.

The Gestaltungszentrale’s website includes, among other things:

  • Bylaws, registered office, and year of incorporation of the association

  • Information on Tax Benefits

  • Board of Directors and Other Committees

  • Source and Use of Funds

  • Annual Activity Report


Funding and Independence

The Atlas was made possible by funding from the Ernsting Kunst- & Kultur-Stiftung (Opens in new tab) and through the InnoImpact grant program (Opens in new tab) of the City of Hamburg. Donations also contributed to its creation. The content of the Atlas is produced with editorial independence. Neither the funding organizations nor the donors have any influence over which content is included or how it is presented.
